clean room hot beverages helpful staff

the superior room was very clean. the hotel offered free hot beverages in the foyer. the staff was helpful (nicole was great!).

the hallways had an unpleasant smell.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Drawbacks

The noise started early each day. I found it difficult to relax. the room felt a bit dated. The bathroom especially could use an update. It was quite small and not very modern. I think the hotel needs to address these issues to improve the overall experience.

Balanced Experience at this Hotel

friendly staff spacious room limited wardrobe poor wifi

The staff were very friendly and cute. I found this especially nice. The room I got was spacious, which I certainly appreciated. Breakfast offered many options, including Bavarian Weißwurst. French pastries were available too.

There were no drawers available. Nor was there a wardrobe to store clothes. I felt the room was too crowded because of this. The WiFi connection was poor. I experienced trouble connecting to it.
